Custom Capital is a commercial real estate investment company focused on helping investors navigate real estate opportunities through a streamlined, professional approach.
The goal was to redesign and develop a modern website that better communicates the company's expertise, builds credibility with potential investors, and makes complex investment information easier to understand.
Just as important, the site had to be easy to extend, so new pages, resources and campaigns could be added as the business grows.

The challenge was to present this information in a way that felt clear, trustworthy, and approachable without compromising the professionalism expected in the financial and investment industry.
The website also needed to support marketing initiatives, lead generation, educational resources, and future content expansion.

The redesign started from Custom Capital's business goals and the way its investors look for information.
Rather than only refreshing the look, I focused on how visitors discover information, understand the firm's services, and take the next step.
That meant a clean visual direction, more intuitive navigation, consistent page structures, and responsive layouts across devices.
I built the site on WordPress and Elementor, giving the Custom Capital team a flexible system they can expand and maintain as the business evolves.

The outcome
The result is a more cohesive, professional website that explains Custom Capital's positioning clearly and makes its services and resources easier to explore.
Because the site is built on reusable layouts and templates, new pages and resources can be added without starting from scratch, supporting both existing operations and future marketing initiatives.
The work didn't end at launch. I continue to work closely with the Custom Capital team on additional pages, improvements to existing features, and ongoing technical support as their needs evolve.
